B&B Brighton – breakfast, non-smoking, children friendly

Breakfasts

There's something about our rooms which makes people want to linger in them. So we don't make you come downstairs for breakfast, and we don't make you pay for breakfast if you don't want it.

You can have your choice of organic continental-style breakfasts in bed, or there's a table and comfy chairs in the room if you prefer. If you're in the Balcony Room, the balcony is a fantastic place to have breakfast on sunny mornings. (Alternatively there are lots of good cafes nearby (some on the beach) if you want to have breakfast at your own pace.)

Check-in & check-out

Check-in is between 3pm and 9pm. Luggage can be left earlier than 3 and check-in can be after 9 - please contact us to arrange. Check out is at 11 am.

Terms

Cancellations We ask for credit card details when you book but only debit anything if you cancel between one and seven days beforehand (50% of the first night room rate for each room booked), or with less than 24 hours' notice (the full amount for the full duration booked). Terms differ for stays of 7 nights or more, part-cancellations, conference bookings and group bookings.

Smoking George himself preferred eating and dancing to smoking*, so we ask our guests to refrain too. It's horrible – even hanging out of the window. But feel free to smoke on the steps outside.

Children and pets We welcome children of all ages and a travel cot is available for no charge. We don’t cater for pets, much though we love them; assistance dogs are the exception.

Toiletries We now have some lovely organic toiletries in 250 ml containers. If you like them so much that you decide to take them home, a charge of £5 per item will be made on the credit/debit card you supplied when booking.
