Reviews“We had a lovely stay yet again at your guesthouse. The balcony room was absolutely amazing. I had read some reviews on the internet about it and having visited Brighton numerous times and stayed at various hotels must agree that the room is possibly the best in Brighton! Once we entered the room for the first time I knew that it was the perfect setting to propose to my girlfriend. We loved the greek-style breakfast and I have been trying to recreate it at home with yoghurt and muesli since we got back! Never tastes quite as good though! :) The room aside, I must thank you both for being so kind, friendly and helpful to us throughout our stay. We will definitely stay at your guesthouse when we are next over from London. Kirsty and I have a little girl due in June so we may bring the little one too for her first breath of sea air! We'll also recommend your guesthouse to friends. Best wishes to you both and see you hopefully in the near future...” - Tony, London, February 2009 “This recently refurbished gem combines high ceilings, elegant furnishings and a juke box in reception. The warm welcome includes a slew of borrowable DVDs and board games, and the accommodation highlight is a balcony room with a commanding view of the ghostly West Pier.” - Lonely Planet Western Europe “Situated at the top of a prominent Regency square, George IV, a restored period townhouse, offers wonderful sea views. Some of the smartly furnished bedrooms have good views, and one has a balcony; all are beautifully decorated and very spacious. There's a quirky touch in the 1950s jukebox at reception, and there's a lift to all floors.” - AA Britain's Best B&B (Walking into the balcony room:) “This must be the best room in Brighton.” - well, an estate agent actually, but he could well be right.
