Incredibly spacious and warmly decorated, these elegantly-furnished rooms have tremendous views to the sea across one of Brighton's finest squares. All this and shiny new bathrooms with shower and bath too ... perfect.		 £90 - £125
Standard double room Standard doubles (3)
They're called Standard because they don't have a sea-view but they're still really nice, well-appointed rooms. There are comfy chairs to sit on and a nice table with interesting bumf to read. En suite has bath with shower.		 £70 - £85
Balcony double room Balcony double (1)
What can we say? Perhaps the best room in Brighton? Definitely the room for a special occasion. Glorious high-ceilinged room with floor-to-ceiling bay window. You can open this and sit out on the balcony - gazing over the beautifully-manicured Regency Square to the shimmering sea. En suite with shower (the room, not the sea).		 £95 - £150
Sea-view triple room Sea-view triple (1)
As roomy as the sea-view doubles and cosy too. Light and airy and as it's at the top has an even more magnificent view (if that's possible). Rates are based on three adults sharing – discounts are available for children. Double bed + single bed. Modern en suite bathroom has both shower and bath.		 £135 - £180

A really spacious cosy room. En suite has bath with shower.		 £45 - £55
Click on pictures to enlarge The rooms have TVs with DVD players and free WiFi internet access (there's also a PC in reception). There are clock radios - with an iPod dock in the four sea-view rooms - and tea and coffee making facilities too.
A fold-up bed can be added to the sea-view rooms for an additional £20 per night.
There is a 10% discount for stays of four nights or more.
A minimum stay applies most weekends, bank holidays and conference times. If you need a shorter stay please ring the day before and we'll try to help.		 Rates are per room per night.
Breakfast is optional from £5.50 per person.
